Cow Bay Homestay Bed and Breakfast

Cow Bay Homestay is a unique designed B and B in the famous Daintree Rainforest. Just 10 minutes from Cow Bay Beach and the Great Barrier Reef. The pole home has a large deck – great for bird watching and lots of butterflies – deep verandas and polished timber floors.

There are comfortable queen size beds, light rooms with insect screens, fan, air-conditioner, quality linen and towels, sarongs / beach towels, ensuite and lounge area with daybed in front of each room. Their freshwater creek is lovely to swim in or go for a walk in the big gardens with exotic and endemic plants which attract the wildlife. ‘First impression’ rainforest walk. Just 15 minutes walk away is beautiful Cow Bay Beach.

Driving north from Cairns it takes two hours to arrive. Centrally located in Cow Bay for all locally guided tours, reef trips and numerous other activities. Marion can assist with all your tour bookings and speaks German. Two guestrooms, one sleeps two guests the other one up to three persons. Of course Breakfast is included and served in the central dining area: tea, coffee, homemade cereal, jams, breads, yoghurt, juice, water and maybe cheese or eggs to order.
